Bahia Vista Estates is our first Community in Florida. Scott Grissom, the President of Florida Broadacre Trailer Lodge, Inc. is actually here on a day to day basis and with the help of Genesee Hixon sees to the day to day operations of the Community. Obviously one major advantage of living in Bahia Vista Estates is having the owner there if you have any questions or concerns. Steven Grissom, the Vice President, can also be found at Bahia Vista, and can actually be found helping to maintain our beautiful Community.
